Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


📦 Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment’s progress.


🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU, your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery.

  • These fees are not included in the price of the item or shipping cost.

  • We are unable to mark items as “gift” or declare a lower value.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages & Returns

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Refused or unclaimed deliveries

  • Customs refusal or unpaid duties (for international orders)

Returned items due to delivery issues can be reshipped — additional shipping charges may apply.
